About the role:
You will be responsible for marketing our software to a global audience of high-profile clients and their senior leadership teams. As well as gathering, systematising, and evaluating customer and competitive intelligence on an on-going basis.

 

You will need to demonstrate leadership acumen from the get-go as the head of a growing sales team in a fast-paced, competitive market. It will be your responsibility to train and develop this dynamic, high-performing sales team. Foresight Works values creativity and innovation, you will be expected to bring these qualities to the forefront of sales campaigns, consistently ensuring that we meet ROI goals.

 

The role requires you to communicate confidently and convincingly with our partners and clients – senior decision makers of some of the largest companies in the world. In addition to working with outside parties, you will be working closely with teams throughout the company (R&D, data science, graphic design) to maximise the effectiveness of your output.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive development of the sales and marketing strategy (including pricing strategy)
  • Develop the structure and functions of a growing sales team
  • Gather, systematise and evaluate customer and competitive intelligence on an ongoing basis
  • Develop all sales and product-focused content in collaboration with teams across the company
  • Manage team budget
  • Establish and manage sales tech stack
  • Engage with customers in selling and negotiations as time permits, particularly around tender-style procurement processes
  • Set up documented sales process based on competitive and customer intelligence, best practice
Essential Skills & Background:
  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B software sales and marketing, preferably with leading organisation
  • A track record of implementing successful marketing strategies
  • Deep understanding of large account sales strategy and processes
  • Track record of academic excellence and self-development
  • Proven ability to utilise a full suite of digital marketing techniques and technologies
  • Open to travel once travel is open
  • Leadership experience
Desired
  • Experience within the construction and/or infrastructure industry
  • Large and active LinkedIn following
