Activity Completion Plan is an auto generated list of prioritized actions required to complete a specific milestone with minimum delay. Execution teams can use this view to pinpoint activities which are blocking the completion of a specific target milestone.
Change Analysis
Critical Path changes - view items added or removed from the critical path. These insights can help you keep an eye on changing priorities.
Filter by Custom Tag
Completely customizable reporting. Tag groups of related activities (by location, discipline, teams, etc.), and use these tags to generate S-curves, risk register, and focused execution plans.
Battlecards | Filter by Milestone
Focus your team on executing the activities necessary to complete a key milestone.
Share Insights via Email Notification
